Anthony S. Manna - Project Development

Businessman and entrepreneur Anthony Manna founded and started the concept and platform for Signet Enterprises in 1995 in Akron, Ohio. As an innovative leader, Mr. Manna’s vision was to successfully synchronize a team of professionals to create what he calls an intellectual capital company.

Mr. Manna brings tremendous business acumen to Advanced Particle Therapy. His experience with owning and managing over seventeen manufacturing and service companies in the United States and overseas coupled with a diverse real estate development background brings a unique perspective to the Advanced Particle Therapy team. As Chairman of Signet Enterprises and Signet Development, Mr. Manna has developed a number of commercial and health care real estate developments, from commercial offices, hotels, multi-family facilities, health care facilities, to stadiums, all over the country.

Mr. Manna is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Emory University School of Law. He is also the Chairman and founder of the business law firm of Brennan, Manna and Diamond, LLC, which specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare and real estate. Mr. Manna is on the Board of Directors of Westfield Bank, FSB; Westfield Bancorp, Inc.; and Westfield Credit Corp. He is also on the Board of Advisors of SGS Manufacturing; and Brenlin Holdings.

 

Kenneth J. Krismanth - Project Development

Mr. Krismanth is an owner and President of Signet Enterprises and Signet Development and responsible for oversight of all stages of the development process for the companies, including new project development, project structuring, finance, strategic project financing, asset management and budgeting. Mr. Krismanth joined Signet in 1998 to lead the development of numerous projects and expansion strategies as well as spearhead the company’s acquisition efforts. Mr. Krismanth brings more than twenty-one (21) years of development and finance experience to Advanced Particle Therapy.

Prior to joining Signet Enterprises, Mr. Krismanth was Vice President of Corporate Banking for National City Corporation and J.P. Morgan Chase (Bank One), where he was responsible for financial structuring and portfolio management in the areas of senior debt, capital market, investment real estate and structured finance. He was also a team leader for the bank’s acquisition due diligence and transition management committees.

Mr. Krismanth holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Minor in Business Information Systems, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He serves in leadership and board positions for a number of civic organizations and is actively involved with Leadership Jacksonville, JCCI Study Committee, Family Foundations, Special Olympics, WEGO and Junior Achievement.

 

J. Jason Perry - Project Development

Mr. Perry brings more than twelve (12) years of development and project management experience to the Advanced Particle Therapy team. Mr. Perry and has personally been involved with over $300 million in project development including healthcare, higher education, urban mixed-use, office, and multifamily. As Vice President with Signet Enterprises and Signet Development in the Jacksonville, Florida office, he is responsible for managing new development projects including project financing, underwriting, design and construction.

Prior to joining Signet, Jason was Vice President of Development for Miles Development Partners, where he was responsible for all new construction activities for the firm. Jason also spent four years as Vice President of Haddow & Company, an Atlanta, Georgia-based real estate consulting firm.

Mr. Perry holds Bachelor of Business Administration Degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia and holds a Master of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. He is active in Habitat for Humanity, NAIOP, and a mentor for Daniel kids.
